TapouT XT Day Eighty Two - Sprawl & Brawl

Mandi couldn't take being on the sidelines any longer so she decided to work out today. We both really like Sprawl & Brawl, it's a tough one. Even being sick, Mandi managed to power through most everything. She did have to sit out one move to catch her breath. I guess I am invigorated since we are nearing the end so I just kept plugging away. I faltered a little with one of the lunge combinations until I slowed it down to a manageable pace. Mandi really dislikes the peas roll, so do I, but we both are able to stick it out. I remember the first time we did this routine, I couldn't really do those at all.

Overall we did really well and only have one more official TapouT XT workout to complete. We've decided to go ahead and tack on an additional week to stretch the program to 90 days. I'm even thinking about taking two weeks off before round 2. We won't be as stringent either so we'll be making substitutions as we please. I also think we may do four weeks on and one week off to have longer periods of recovery. Who really knows what we'll do, we change our minds so frequently. 

I can't convey how pleased we are with our results. We aren't super ripped but we have gotten in really good shape. We have both dropped several clothing sizes and feel much better. We still have some belly fat to loose but that will probably take a while. I wish getting rid of those last couple of inches would be easy but something is telling me it'll be the hardest yet. Maybe the second round of TapouT will get us there or possibly XT2, if we're so bold. Whatever and whenever, we'll keep plugging along.
