TapouT XT Day Eighty Nine - Sprawl & Brawl

Sprawl & Brawl is a tough one so we knew we were in for a solid round of TapouT XT today. We both really like it but man was it especially hard. We got our push-up desire fulfilled but I was barely making it through them. Mandi was doing great but I could tell she needed me to keep pushing. I have been trying to make sure I take my push-ups all the way to the floor, the dive bombs... forget about it. I think we were both glad to just get through them.

Our balance is our nemesis at the moment. Our allergies have been pounding us so when we were doing the three directional lunges with the knee strikes we were wavering from side to side. All of that being considered, we did a pretty good job today. Mandi thinks this might be the hardest but I'm still not sure. If someone asked which of the TapouT routines is the toughest my answer would be yes. That makes enough sense, the important part is the entire program is tough. Honestly it depends on the week, maybe that will change.

We decided to slow down a little and get some things at home in order so tonight was spent doing just that. We did have some cooking to get done too since we are trying to carve out some "us" time this weekend. The weather may not cooperate but we're going somewhere dang it! With Mandi starting her new job on Monday it's important to sneak in a day of fun. We decided to put off our shopping until Sunday so hopefully that won't bite us in the butt. At this point we don't care, we just want a break.
